We offer the option to exchange your order at no additional cost, if the item(s) are unworn, undamaged, and within the 10 day window of purchase. Request all exchanges with your order number and name via email@example.com.
Our process is you must submit an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and request an RMA (return material authorization) form. Once we receive your completed RMA form, if you are within our exchange policy we will issue you a RMA approval number, and then you may mail us back your bikini to be exchanged, within 5 days of receiving RMA approval. Once we receive it, we will make the exchange or issue a Muse of Style Credit.
Our exchange policy is as follows:
No returns are accepted, nor refunds issued. We only honor exchanges on FULL price merchandise, if an item is purchased as a sale item it is a FINAL SALE. No Exceptions. Exchanges are welcome within 10 days of item received date (based on USPS tracking information), only with an approved RMA number, or you may choose to receive a Muse of Style Credit with no expiration date to use at our site, shop.museofStyle.com. Items must have ALL tags intact and must have protective panty liner in place, unworn, unwashed, in new resell-able condition, and it must also be in the original packaging. Return shipping is paid by customer should customer want to exchange an item. Muse of Style will only pay for return shipping if Muse of Style accidentally shipped out the incorrect item or incorrect size. All items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE, no exceptions. When an exchange is requested, we will email a shipping label for the customer to return the product(s). At this point Muse of Style is no longer responsible for providing tracking information or covering any lost or stolen packages; This is now the customers responsibly. Once received we will inspect that the product(s) is not damaged or worn. If unworn and undamaged, we will ship the new product(s) as soon as possible. If we determine the product(s) is damaged or worn, we will return the original product(s) once the customer has paid for the shipping both to and from Muse of Style in a timely manner.
Unfortunately, we can not offer exchanges/refunds on any custom made bikinis, as they are not in stock and are always made to order.
Sale/ Discount items
All sale items are FINAL SALE only, and may not be exchanged or given credit. All items that are discounted are FINAL SALE only, and may not be exchanged or given credit. No exceptions will be made.
Muse of Style 100% Satisfaction
We will replace any defective merchandise returned to our office within 15 days of the shipment date (based on USPS tracking information). The purchaser will incur no additional shipping and handling charges. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
To exchange your merchandise, you must have an approved RMA (return material authorization), without an authorized RMA, we will NOT accept your bikini and you will need to pay for return shipping should we not have an approved RMA for your order. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable or given Muse of Style Credit. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us, may vary. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages that do not arrive to us. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
